Privacy Policy – Puzzle Stack

Puzzle Stack is designed with your privacy in mind. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

Who we are

Puzzle Stack is developed and operated by Axiant Labs Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you have questions about your privacy, contact us at support@axiantlabs.com.

What data we handle

1. Your gameplay data

Your puzzle progress, per-game streaks, daily streak, coin balance, booster inventory and archive activity are stored locally on your device and, where you choose to sign in, synced to your account for cross-device restore. We do not access or sell this data.

2. Sign-in

Puzzle Stack offers optional sign-in via Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google. Sign-in is not required to play. If you sign in, we receive only what is necessary to identify your account and restore your progress. We do not use it for marketing.
If you skip sign-in, a pseudonymous device identifier is used to store your progress locally. It contains no personal information.

3. Analytics, diagnostics, and advertising measurement

We collect anonymised usage analytics (for example, puzzles played, features used) and crash diagnostics through Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is performing and where we can improve it. Unity, the engine Puzzle Stack is built on, also collects essential diagnostic and performance data.

We also use third-party tools to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. When you install or interact with Puzzle Stack after seeing one of our ads, limited data (such as app opens, sign-ups, and in-app events) may be shared with our advertising partners so we can understand which campaigns are working. This data is used solely for measurement and campaign optimisation — it is never sold.

Tracking and advertising identifier

To measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, Puzzle Stack may request access to your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. This identifier helps our advertising partners attribute app installs to specific campaigns.

You are always asked before this happens, and you can decline with no impact on your experience. If you decline, we rely on Apple’s SKAdNetwork for privacy-preserving, aggregated campaign measurement — no personal or device-level data is shared with advertising partners in this case.

You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Your choices

  • You can play Puzzle Stack without signing in.
  • You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.
  • You can decline the advertising tracking prompt, or change your choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • You can request a copy of your data or ask for deletion by contacting us at support@axiantlabs.com.

Data retention

We keep analytics and diagnostic data only for as long as needed to improve the product and maintain security. Once no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. Synced account data is retained while your account is active.

Puzzle Stack uses the following third-party services, each subject to its own privacy policy:

International data transfers

Some of our third-party partners (Meta, Google) may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States. By using Puzzle Stack, you acknowledge that anonymised analytics and advertising measurement data may be transferred to and processed in these locations.

Children

Puzzle Stack is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us at support@axiantlabs.com and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you by updating the effective date above. Continued use of Puzzle Stack after changes constitutes acceptance.
